DBT Construction was established in 2012 by Dave and Jeni Beattie. We are a hands-on team with experience across the Bay of Plenty and South Waikato, focused on high-quality workmanship and a result you can be proud of.

DBT were recommended to us by a friend who emphasized that "Dave and his team will look after you". After an amazing transformation (renovation) of our existing home, we fully understand why that sentiment comes from. We are extremely pleased with the end result and love what now feels like a completely new, modern, fantastic home. Most importantly though, for such a huge project, we were looked after extremely well along the entire journey. Every step of the way the team at DBT felt more like a family than a bunch of strangers. They clearly care about the work that they do and when we hit the occasional and inevitable road bumps of such a big project, they were always there to help us find solutions and in a way that always left us feeling like we had got the best possible outcome we could. We had this dead space out the back that was all concrete and freezing, so we never used it...
We had this dead space out the back that was all concrete and freezing, so we never used it. We decided to turn it into something more usable with some decking. Dave from DBT Construction came around, had some awesome ideas, and within a week his team of friendly, skilled builders got it all done. It was a pleasure having the guys around. They were always happy, full of great banter, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Now we've got a space we actually love hanging out and entertaining in.
